We were very nervous about replacing our windows because it was our first big home improvement project since purchasing our home. The minute Kevin arrived we knew everything would be ok. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable about the product & installation & best of all not pushy in any way. (Another plus was the binder—being a person who loves organization, I was very impressed.) We had 3 other estimates and no one even came close to the quality of product & outstanding service and warranty. No one stood a chance after Kevin’s presentation.
